I have Volkswagen Passat 2015 1.8 sport I drive from my home to office and I parked my car try to lock the door key did not work after that I put key in ignition key did not go inside . I contact with Volkswagen usa.

1st they said may be they will cover after 2 days they call they said they cannot cover . this car parts and labor is so expensive . very bad customer service. :(

I was trying to buy an other car from them but now I m 100% sure I m not gonna buy Volkswagen.

this is manufacture fault should cover these kind of things.

I check on google so many customer has same issue. Very bad experience to this car Angry
