Barreth Chrysler Dodge - 2013 Volkswagen Cc Car Review from Cozad, Nebraska

On the 3rd of October 2016 I bought a used 2013 Volkswagen cc sport from Barreth Chrysler in Washington Mo. The vehicle looks great; new tires, clean interior, drives decent. The vehicle was bought for fuel economy/reliability. I asked the sales person (Zack Young) why did they have the vehicle on the lot for so long, almost seven months. He replied this is mostly truck country. I asked for a CarFax and received one, nothing of concern on it. I spoke with him about an airbag concern he says the organization has no knowledge of an airbag recall. He says we give iur vehicles a 129 point inspection. The Volkswagen cc sport is in great condition. As I said earlier it drove decent. The morning of the 6th of October 2016 I get a call from my spouse telling me the dash is lit up; ESC malfunction, ABS, Electronic parking brake malfunction, one or more driving lights burned out, Airbag and safety belt malfunction and steering system malfunction. My spouse is pregnant I spoke with Zack Young about her pregnancy and my concerns of the vehicle being safe. The guy lied to me. I believe the codes were wiped out, no one addressed them. They have surfaced again. I have an unsafe vehicle in my possession

2013 VW CC | Volkswagen Of America in Puyallup, Washington

I purchased a 2013 VW CC new from a dealer in Greeley Co online. It is now 3 years later and 69K miles. First, I am on my 3rd set of tires including OE, due to excess wear on the inside of the tires, rotated accordingly. -$1700 and counting. Clear bra is peeling back, -$200 to replace. Dash surface near key port, peeling back for no particular reason. Lastly and the last straw, I was just informed by the VW dealer where I live that the info system is shot and will need replacement, -$2300 or @ dealer cost, -$1800. All in 3 years and 3 months. Photos and documentation available. VW has failed in 2 key areas, poor engineering / quality control and most importantly, customer retention.

I have a 2013 manual transmission Volkswagen CC. At only 35,000 miles, I had to have both the front shocks and both rear struts replaced. They had all failed - lost the gas from the cylinders. This cost me $1,000. After I complained to the company, VW did reimburse me...
